I worked as a senior analyst on the Banana Republic brand. While in this role, I led and contributed to research projects related to product development and category expansion, including BR Home which has since launched in stores. I also piloted and established new design research methodologies to influence product development.

While in this role, I collaborated with product strategy teams to test and iterate upon novel store experiences and measure customer sentiment to store changes. I worked with business partners to develop the research plan surrounding the launch of BodEquality at Old Navy. After less than a year in role, I was promoted to a Senior Analyst and began working on the Banana Republic brand.

At Walmart, I was responsible for the P&L of a sub-vertical of the outdoor cooking business. I managed supplier relationships, cost negotiations, assortment optimizations, and category growth for my business. I grew my sub vertical by double digits two years in a row. I led a category-wide initiative to improve site experience, ease of use and navigation for our pages.

Body Image, Vol 34

As part of my Honors program at Northwestern, I wrote an honors thesis focused on social media, social comparison, and body satisfaction outcomes in college-aged women. 

Since graduating, this thesis was published in Body Image and has been referenced by dozens of subsequent publications.
